Part-time 1 day ago Full Job Description JOB Performs responsible administrative and human support work.
Provides direct service to agency clients in the areas of Self Sufficiency, Children's Services or Child Protective Services area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Provides direct service to client.
Gathers statistical data to prepare reportsAssists clients in completing formsDocuments information to records and formsPrepares invoices, purchase orders and case actions to support client service costsAssists services or benefits staff with various supportive tasksScans documents into repositoriesMaintains knowledge of program policyAssists with fleet managementAssists with file managementOther duties as assignedNON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSEnters statistical data for workersAssists with special projects MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EducationRequired:
High School diploma or equivalentPreferred:
Courses or training in the Human Services field ExperienceRequired:
Some experience in Human Services field Certifications/ LicensesRequired:
Valid Virginia driver's license with good driving record.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to perform basic mathematicsAbility to give oral and written instructions when explaining policyAbility to assist others in activities of daily living and recognize basic needs of clientsAbility to plan, organize and prioritize own work scheduleAbility to establish and maintain working relationships with clients, professionals, co-workers and the publicAbility to write using correct spelling and basic grammar and to compile, organize and post data from records, reports and other sources using the appropriate formatSkill in the use of personal computer hardware and softwareAdditional RequirementsSubject to a complete criminal history background search with acceptable results.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
