Position
Summary:
In this role as a Credit Services Representative, you will contribute to our top-line growth, profitability, and free cash flow metrics while minimizing the risk of bad debt losses and maintaining compliance with company payment terms.
Expected Office Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:
00AM to 5:
00PM.
Evenings and weekends as needed.
Currently the position is on a hybrid schedule.
Once training is completed, the option to work from home would be available on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
Hybrid schedule is subject to change at company's discretion.
Essential Functions:
1.
Review customers as defined by credit policy 2.
Liase between credit and sales groups to ensure customer credit limit issues are resolved with minimum disruption to the customers 3.
Call delinquent customers including regular and repeated follow-up to be done until the delinquent balance is paid 4.
Address and resolve customer balance disputes 5.
Communicate and handle all customer concerns 6.
Maintain communication with all customers to ensure they are kept informed about credit and collection issues and necessary procedures/actions required to resolve the matter 7.
Daily release of customer orders on credit hold 8.
Cash application 9.
Follow-up on all customer deductions/chargebacks to ensure the proper backup is received and advise customer if credit will be denied or processed 10.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures 11.
Other duties as assigned Minimum
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years or equivalent experience without a Bachelors Degree is acceptable 2.
Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards 3.
Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 4.
Experience working with multiple entities 5.
Ability to handle multiple tasks 6.
Ambition, energy, and drive to continuously improve processes 7.

Ability to walk, stand and sit for period of time.
Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on a computer or documentation, etc.

Ability to interact with a diversity of people and diverse levels of personnel.
Ability to travel as necessary for the positions described.
