Meeting and greeting customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Provide administrative assistance supporting a high-volume GMC/KIA Service Team.
Maintains open communication with our technicians, management team, and customers regarding job/repair status changes.
Promptly addresses and resolves customer concerns and service follow-up issues.
