New Project Setup (ensuring all drawings and paperwork are properly saved in electronic files) Document Control (downloading, saving, and issuing drawings) Updating Multiple Spreadsheets (detailing schedule & efficiency trackers) Maintain an intimate knowledge of the status of all projects in the schedule Following up with engineering personnel to make sure deadlines are met Timesheet Review

Required skills:
Working accurately and efficiently under pressure Good verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and customers Knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility, and follow through Very good multi-tasking and organizational skills Strong problem solving, organizational, time management and communication skills are a must due to daily interactions with management and engineering personnel Ability to work with minimum supervision, ability to change direction as needed and be flexible to address urgent situations as they occur Must be accurate, possess keen attention to detail, and proactive in pointing out potential issues Team player with the ability and willingness to learn Extremely responsible and punctual with deadlines Willing to work overtime Preferred skills:
Knowledgeable in interpreting structural drawings and contract documents Steel Dynamics Inc.
