Benefits to you We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees OR up to 99% of medical insurance premiums for part-time employees , including mental health coverage.

OJD will pay you a 5% allowance for bilingual skills (includes ASL) if you can pass a skills test and are assigned to use those skills on the job! Salary offers are made with consideration of the candidate's education and experience.
Position HighlightsThe Office of the State Court Administrator's Business and Fiscal Services Division (BFSD) in Salem, Oregon, is hiring a Data Analyst (Analyst 3).
In this roleYou will participate in research and development of data marts and reporting mechanisms, including data modeling, extractions, transformation, and loading (ETL) routines.
Your work will inform decision makers, including OJD leadership, Oregon legislators, external business partners to help with law, policy, or business process reviews, creation, or updates.
You will report on program effectiveness based on the analysis of program data.
You will also prepare and distribute statewide statistical reports through a variety of media - including web-based dashboards.
You will also help document data entry protocols, reporting methods, and provide user guides when needed.
You will help with special projects and be a technical resource on data collection, protocols, standards, and reporting methods.
You will prioritize short- and long-range statewide data and statistics needs of judges, court, staff, and stakeholder groups.
You will also be a participant in national studies and workgroups, will track and analyze proposed legislation and existing statutes to determine impact on data marts, reporting mechanisms, policies, and procedures.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

This position is FLSA exempt and is not eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per work week.
