Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned property including maintenance and office functions Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards of work orders and unit turnovers Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants All aspects of leasing from advertising to lease execution Collection of delinquent accounts Ensure property is well maintained including common spaces, tenant spaces, etc.
Skills Proven work experience as property manager In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management including specific HUD Assisted and Tax Credit Properties Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Strong leasing, sales and/or customer service experience Well organized with excellent time management skills Job Type:
