Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming produce shipments - Stock and rotate produce displays to ensure freshness - Clean and maintain the produce department, including shelves, bins, and refrigerated areas - Assist customers in locating and selecting produce items - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations - Operate cash register for produce purchases - Communicate with team members and managers regarding inventory levels and product quality Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing produce department - Knowledge of retail math for pricing and weighing produce items accurately - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Experience operating a cash register is preferred but not required Note:
