Position Overview Purchases equipment, materials and supplies for multiple divisions.
Maintains office supplies and equipment.
Compiles monthly charges and bills for payment through accounts payable.
Maintains accounting and budget reports.
Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheets.
Manages and analyzes reports and data from multiple sources.
Inputs external data into an ERP system.
Screens incoming calls, directs calls, assists customers with customer service questions.
Inputs customer information and orders.
Manages calendars, arranges meetings and travel arrangements.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience 2 years of office assistant experience or related work experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Computer skills required (inventory management, email, Microsoft Office,).
Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests.
