InFirst is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative.
The right candidate will work out of our Salem (2 W.
Main Street) branch.
Responsibilities include:
Assists members and potential members with their financial needs over the telephone and in person.
Process account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance regarding products and services.
Performs a broad range of branch and teller activities via phone, in person, by mail, email, fax, and online services.
If you have excellent interpersonal skills and previous call center, teller, or member service experience, we want you to join our team.
The right candidate must be able to understand members' concerns, resolve problems as they arise, work well with others, and at times be able to work under pressure during peak hours.
Hours include daytime and weekends.
Education and Skills Experience A high school education or GED is required.
A minimum of six months to two years of experience in member service, lending, collections, or related experience.
Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
Also, candidates must have the ability to be successful in a fast-paced work environment.
