We design and manufacture fiberglass-reinforced plastics through an innovative process called pultrusion.
Pultruded materials are an ideal replacement for traditional building materials in many applications - we are proud to be the world leader in pultrusion! Production Associates fill one of two roles.
Associates are selected for one of these positions based on interest, skills, and previous experience.
1.
Pultrusion Operators - Operators are responsible for running a production line.
They ensure a continuous supply of raw materials, machine set up and operation, and troubleshooting.
This position requires associates to manage and prioritize multiple tasks that ensure the continuous operation of the production line.
Candidates must have a good memory and problem-solving skills.
Once trained, this position provides training and mentoring to new associates.
Basic math and computer skills are required.

Pultrusion Inspectors - This position inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs products.
Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met, and preparing equipment/materials for production runs.
Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates.
Basic math and computer skills are required.
Requirements Outstanding attendance An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills and basic computer skills Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12 hour shifts Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment Benefits Schedule:

Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend off!! The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
