Position Scope/
Summary:
Responsible for performing daily administrative and clerical duties supporting Quality Assurance and in-process inspections.
Position Requirements:
Maintain and track Quality Assurance records and documents including device history records, certifications, standard operating procedures and calibration records
Update and maintain quality assurance records and documentation in Oracle
Assist with quality assurance audits and maintain files and documents for review by internal and external auditors
Environmental Working Conditions:
This position is in an office environment where considerable time will be spent on the computer.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of administrative and clerical experience required. Prior experience with Oracle preferred
Prior experience with records review and reconciliation required
Must be hands on and able to multi task
Ability to adapt to multiple software with experience with Excel, Word and Access
Strong ability to complete a number of tasks accurately and timely
Strong interaction skills with ability to work with internal and external contacts at all levels
Ability to follow up with operations and engineering personnel to ensure Quality Assurance documents and records are complete
Excellent communication skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
