The Leasing Agent is a sales position, with a strong emphasis on customer service, meeting goals, and achieving results. He or she confidently presents the leasing options to our customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale. In addition, our Leasing Agent maintains an ongoing relationship and communication with our customers to provide management that is both personal and professional for every resident, no matter the property size or location. We are looking for someone with outstanding people skills who recognizes the value of our product and can convert customers into residents in our communities.
The ideal candidate for this position has strong sales, customer service, and communication skills and competent computer skills. Previous experience a plus! Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Weekends are required.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and be able to pass a drug test as well as criminal and background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
